We understand that life can be busy and you may need to reschedule your appointment from time to time, and we can definitely be flexible with this!

Please do your best to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find time to reschedule.

Will I be charged for my session if I forget to reschedule or cancel?

Unfortunately yes, in order to maintain our quality of care for all our clients, notice needs to be given no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Notice of cancellation given between 48 - 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your session fee. For notice given in less than 24 hours will continue to incur the full cost of the session.

Please note that for Monday appointments, we need to be notified no later than midday on the Friday prior in order to avoid the full fee for the missed session, and on Thursday to not incur the 50% session cancellation fee.

For Tuesday appointments, we require to be notified no later than midday on the Friday prior in order to avoid the 50% session cancellation fee.
