Georgia Hubble is an empathic practitioner who endeavours to create a holistic and individualised treatment approach for her clients. Georgia believes that engaging with key support people like family and other allied health professionals is key to achieve the best overall wellbeing for clients.
Georgia has experience working in both private practice as well as in an acute public setting. Her experience in these areas has allowed her to work with clients across the lifespan and differing cultural backgrounds. Georgia is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to ensure they have a say in their treatment process.
Georgia has experience with following therapy modalities, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Georgia has completed training in CBT-E which is an evidence based treatment approach adaptable to most eating disorders, and is working towards meeting her requirements to become an Eating Disorder Credentialed Clinician with ANZAED.
Georgia has experience in providing comprehensive psychological assessments for Adult ADHD, and can provide these on a Thursday.
Georgia is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is also an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
